31 Day Notice of Cancellation is Required to receive a Full Refund of Payment
Cancellations received within the 31 day window of event date will be handled accordingly
15-30 Days Notice – A Cancellation Fee of 30% of the Rental Items Will be Charged ( Deposit )
5-14 Days Notice – A Cancellation Fee of 50% of the Rental Items Will be Charged
1-4 Days Notice – No Cancellations or Refunds will be given
Cancellation fees are charged since item(s) have been held, cleaned, and prepared for the rental order. These fees help recuperate the labor and potential lost rentals for holding the equipment.
* Exceptions – Management reserves the right to make exceptions or allowances to payment and cancellation policies on a case by case basis as deemed necessary. Any and all arrangements must be in writing and signed by the manager authorizing such arrangements.
Terms & Conditions
Additional Fees
The rental agreement fees charged are for “Normal Condition” setups. Additional fees may be charged if the delivery area is not easily accessible and causes additional time to complete the delivery. Charges are applied on a case by case basis. Situations that may result in additional fees include but are not limited to the required use of elevators, stairs, transport over rough terrain and/or rock scaping, and setup locations that are greater than 100 feet of where the delivery vehicle can legally and safely park.
Credit Card Authorization
I authorize this business to keep my credit card on file for any future transactions until I request a cancellation. I understand that the terms of this authorization will remain in effect until I request that they be terminated. I acknowledge that I am responsible for making this request in writing.

Damage Waiver Fee
Yes, we charge a Damage Waiver Fee of 4% of your gross rental order.
The Damage Waiver Fee covers rental items that have minor damages caused by normal wear and tear usage our products may endure during your event. The Damage Waiver Fee is non-refundable and taxable and cannot be waived.
The Damage Waiver fee does not cover
Theft or missing equipment
Damage resulting from vandalism or intentional or improper use
Damage due to items being left out in inclement weather
Damage to motors or electrical appliances caused by improper current/voltage
Delivery
To the address specified above by Lessee (Customer). Lessee grants TNS Party Rental right to enter the property at the said delivery address for the delivery and subsequent pick up of the items at the specified time. Lessee is responsible for and is authorized to use the rental items only at the address listed above. It is customer's responsibly to inspect the rental items prior to use and notify TNS Party Rental of any defect
Indemnification and Hold Harmless
Customers shall indemnify, defend, and hold TNS Party Rental, its employees and officers harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, bodily injuries, death, losses, costs, damages, or expenses (Including attorney fees) of any nature relating to the equipment rental.
Permit & Licenses
Customer is responsible, prior to the delivery of rental items, for any and all necessary permits, licenses and other consents. TNS Party Rental is not responsible for any and all underground utilities when installing tents. Including Sprinkler Lines.
Rain Date Policy
We understand that weather can be unpredictable, and your event's success is important to us! That’s why we offer a flexible rain date policy to help you plan with confidence.
Rain Date Requests
Clients may request a rain date at the time of booking or up to 72 hours prior to delivery. Rain dates are subject to availability and must be confirmed with our office. If a rain date is not requested or confirmed in advance, we cannot guarantee availability. In order to guarantee availability a 30% charge will be added to secure initial date and rain date. We must receive notice no later than 24 hours before scheduled delivery to accommodate rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable but will be credited toward a rescheduled event if the change is due to weather. If the client cancels without rescheduling, standard cancellation fees may apply. Day-of Cancellations If we arrive for setup and the client chooses to cancel due to weather at that time, delivery and restocking fees may apply. Once equipment is delivered and set up, no refunds or credits will be issued due to weather-related changes. We’re committed to working with you to make your event a success—rain or shine! Reservation Policies
To Reserve any item(s) a down payment is required. The Required Down Payment is 30% of the rental order. Any order under $150, payment in full is required at the time of reservation. A Fee of 30% is added for Order Placed in less than 24hrs Notice. All Reservations are binding and both parties agree to honor the Rental/Reservation/Cancellation Policies as defined in this article. Any customer can receive a rental quote. A quote is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. A quote Does NOT hold or reserve any equipment or time slots. Customer must sign quote and pay associated down payment to confirm the items and create a rental agreement (Reservation) between customer and TNS PARTY RENTAL. All Customers must initial all contract entries and/or agree via electronic signature.
By doing so customer agrees to be bound by the policies and fees associated with the rental order, damages, lost rentals, and replacement costs. Payment for Rental Agreements is Due at time of Delivery.
Return of Equipment, Damage, Theft & Loss
Responsibility for tents and accessories remains with the Renter from delivery until return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use. Renter pays for missing and damaged items. Renter is responsible for all damages to tent equipment due to negligence, vandalism and theft. Customer will be asked for their credit card information for " On File" purposes in the event that any rental items are damaged or missing upon pickup. TNS Party Rental is authorized to charge lessee's credit card should such damages or missing occur.
Return of Rented Goods
Customer shall return all rented Goods to TNS Party Rental at the time, date, and place designated in the Contract. Customer shall return all rented Goods in the same condition and manner as Customer received them, including without limitation placed in the same packaging, folded and racked in the same manner, and/or cleaned, rinsed, and wiped down as received. Customer shall be responsible for the safe and secure storage of all rented Goods awaiting retrieval. Customer agrees and acknowledges that if Customer fails to return all rented Goods to TNS Party Rental, at the time, date, and place designated in the Contract or if Customer fails to make all rented Goods available for pickup at such time, date, and place, then Customer is subject to additional service charges.
Site Preparation
Renter must ensure site is ready, (lawns mowed, furniture moved, vehicles moved, etc…) before the crew is scheduled to arrive. Installation of a tent must be done correctly for the protection of the users, the tent, and the accessories. Renter must ensure that there is a 7 feet clearance all the way around the tent to allow for securing the tent. Tent may be secured by stakes, and or water barrels. Renter must have a means to supply water to barrels. Renter understands that metal stakes will be driven into lawn, dirt etc.. Renter understands that if tent is placed on concrete that water barrels may be required. If site is not ready or accessible when the crew arrives, the client will incur an additional fee and/ or equipment may not be delivered. Renter is responsible to know where all sprinklers, water lines, gas lines, and all other utilities are located. TNS Party Rental is not responsible for any damages to any sprinklers, water lines, sewer, utilities, landscaping, lawn lights, concrete, asphalt, lawn etc.
Take Down
All Renters personal items must be out of tent on scheduled pickup date. All rented tables and chairs must be clean (hosed off ,ok) secured and stacked inside tent.
Use of Rental
Customer agrees that they are satisfied with the instruction given by TNS Party Rental in the proper and safe manner of using the items or that you are so familiar and told TNS Party Rental you were. You will further agree that the items rented will be used only for the purpose for which the item was manufactured and intended.
Weather
Tents are temporary structures designed to handle most normal weather conditions; however, there may be situations that become unsafe such as high winds or lightning. Evacuation of tents is recommended in these or other unsafe conditions. TNS Party Rental is not liable for injuries or damage to persons or property caused by fire, lightening, windstorm, rain, cyclone, tornado, hail, explosions, riot, insurrection, vandalism and mischievous mischief, sabotage, aircraft or objects falling there from, vehicles running on land or tracks, smoke, earthquake, volcanic eruption, flood, nuclear radiation, terrorism, or radioactive contamination, hostile or warlike action similar to perils or including acts of God. Customers are responsible for implementing an evacuation plan for any tented area. Tents are not shelters during strong storms or powerful winds. Customers should evacuate the tent in winds over 35mph also during storms with thunder and lightning.
Saving Clause
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
